I had a dream a few nights ago where I could speak with ghosts; at first I was afraid, but then I realized they were soft spoken and kind, and I had to speak in a soft pitched voice so as not to frighten them.
My favorite was a Grey Lady dressed in Baroque or Victorian clothing. She floated past delicately and only gave me a soft, passing "hello," but she was elegant, lovely and the absolute definition of a lady.
Dedicated warmly to the Ghosts of my Dreams.

So sweet. Yeah, most ghost are just trying to move on. The violent ones though are the ones people mostly focus on. I live right next to a Civil War town, so we have tons of ghost around here.
