Nice coloring. I love that scene. Their courtship was one of the best developed of all Disney relationships, even though they had love at first sight.

At the beginning of the Space Program, Nasa discovered a ball-point pen would not work in anti-gravity, so the spent one billion dollars developing the famous Space Pen. The USSR used a pencil.....

Thank you so much! I think I had some of the most fun and most learning experience doing this piece. I'm very pleased with how it turned out! :D

Thank you!

Yes, there was that love at first sight, which I didn't really believe in until it happened to me four times; the first time I saw my mom, the first time I saw my dad, the first time I saw Kurt and the first time I saw my cat, Kuu. I truly am a believer.

Seeing Kurt, no joke, my soul said, "oh, THERE you are, Kurt! I remember you!" Like I'd spent lifetimes with him before, and I'm not so derned sure I didn't...

But anywho, thank you! :D This is one of my fave Disney pairings. The courtship was just superb and his natural innocence really hit it for me.

Oh that's a really sweet moment =) Well done!

And the entire they would give up everything to be with each other reminds us how real love is. I mean in many other Disney the couple only gain something, but here Jane and Tarzan were willing to lose something for each other.

That is very true... Love is about sacrifice and compromise, and that's very much illuminated in this film. I never really thought of that, but you're quite right!

Yeah, it is. I think Jasmine and Aladdin san a song about that in their second movie. But fairy tales rarely deal with what happens after happily ever after, and they show only the good side of love. I loved seeing Jane having to make that decision, and realizing that sometimes she does miss her old life, but she is still happier with Tarzan.
